How to create a sequence for Woocommerce abandoned cart

Abandoned carts present a challenge in eCommerce, and recovering these sales can boost your revenue. This guide will show you how to set up automated reminders for customers to complete their purchases using Gallabox's user-friendly interface. Let’s get started!
Before creating a Drip marketing sequence for WhatsApp messages, you need to configure your WooCommerce account to send abandoned cart messages. If you haven't done this yet, please follow the link below.
After configuring your Woocommerce account settings, you can create workflows. Navigate to the Workflows section in the Woocommerce Integrated application to create a workflow.
To create workflows or nudges:
Click the 'Use' button for Abandoned Cart Message workflow select a WhatsApp template to nudge customers after they abandon their cart.
Map the body variables you defined such as Name or product name. This will help you to send a personalized WhatsApp Message for everyone. If you included buttons for your WhatsApp Template, make sure to provide the payloads for them under Advance Settings.
You can initiate a bot or a WhatsApp Flow using the buttons in the WhatsApp Template. Ensure you enter the same payload as defined for the bot or Flow.
Add an Action to this workflow, such as updating contact tags or fields. Choose the action you want to automate when the workflow is triggered. For the Action, choose Append (if you want to add to the existing information), Replace (if you want to replace the existing information), or Add if empty.
For Instance, you can add Action as Update Contact Tag and under Contact tags, you can provide the Tag as abandoned cart.
You can add 5 Action per workflow.
Navigate to Sequence in the left navigation. Click on Create New Sequence.
Enter the Sequence name (abandoned carts). Verify if you have selected the correct WhatsApp Channel (in case you connected more than 1 WhatsApp Number with Gallabox). Click on Next.
Choose 'On update' as the Trigger. Enter Start Condition as Tags (contact field) - contains (filter) - abandoned cart (Contact Tag assigned automatically).
To stop sending the sequence of WhatsApp Messages, we will assign the Stop conditions. It can be either a Success or Failure condition. To configure the Success condition, choose Tag from the dropdown, filter as contains, and value as abandoned carts. For Failure condition, choose Lead Stage/Status, filter as contains, and value as Deal won.
The above example of success & failure conditions is as per our usage of contact fields. You can use it as per the contact fields you have defined for your business.
Success conditions for a sequence refer to the criteria that allow WhatsApp messages to be shared with customers, while failure conditions are those that prevent the series of messages from reaching them.
Set the sequence delivery preference i.e. date and time you would like to send the WhatsApp Messages to your customers. You can also check the box if you want your customers to enter this sequence only once. Click on Next.
Next, configure the WhatsApp Templates for your abandoned cart customers. Set the send time and select the WhatsApp Template, along with the preferred delivery date and time for the message.
You can add more steps based on your preference using the same. Once you are done, click on Publish and Save to start engagement with the abandoned cart customers.
